Although cheesecake has ancient roots (the Greeks already offered cheesecakes to Olympic athletes), in Galicia it found its own character. The combination of local cheeses, fresh eggs and artisan care gave it a unique identity.

At Panadería Ana we believe that tradition is not at odds with innovation. That is why we have created our special cheesecakes: Lotus, with its spiced sweetness; Pistachio, delicate and creamy; Kinder, for chocolate lovers; and Red Berries, fresh and fruity. A modern touch that respects the essence of homemade cheesecake and celebrates our passion for baking.
